This store utilizes the Big Cartel automated inventory system and all items with an "add to cart" option should be in stock at the time of your order. Out of stock items are clearly marked "sold out."
Shipping:
Items are shipped within one day of receiving an order, except for weekend orders, which are shipped on Monday.
Shipping costs are adjusted for multiple items (combined orders) and include the cost for high quality mailing supplies.
Guarantee:
All items are guaranteed against defect and will be replaced if playback is affected by faulty manufacturing. Please use the contact form to report a defective product and to request a replacement. We reserve the right to request the return of the item in question. This policy does not cover damage caused from shipping, or issues such as cracked jewel boxes. Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost, upon request.
Records, CDs, cassettes, T-shirts, etc., are all carefully packed -- the way that I would want to receive them -- using strong corrugated record mailers, corrugated "filler pads," bubble mailers, bubble-wrap, etc. While I typically utilize all-new supplies from vendors like Bags Unlimited, I am not against recycling like-new supplies when they are on hand.
