Information + Policies

BloodShop! gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and regular PayPal account payments.

This store utilizes PayPal for all payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

We utilize the Big Cartel automated inventory system and all items with an "add to cart" option should be in stock at the time of your order. Out of stock items are clearly marked "sold out."

Most items are generally shipped within a day or two of receiving an order.

Shipping costs are adjusted for multiple items (combined orders) and include the cost for high quality mailing supplies and PayPal fees.

All BloodLust! releases are guaranteed against defect and will be replaced if playback is affected by faulty manufacturing. Please use the contact form to report a defective product and to request a replacement. We reserve the right to request the return of the item in question. This policy does not cover damage caused from shipping, or issues such as cracked jewelboxes. Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost, upon request.

Records, CDs, cassettes, T-shirts, etc., are all carefully packed -- the way that we would want to receive them -- using strong corrugated record mailers, corrugated "filler pads," bubble mailers, bubble-wrap, etc. While we typically utilize all-new supplies from vendors like U-Line and Bags Unlimited, we are not against recycling like-new supplies when they are on hand.

Select rare and second-hand items are available via our Discogs store: http://www.discogs.com/sell/list?seller=bloodlustchicago

BloodLust! demo policy: In the past we openly welcomed demos, but due to an ambitious release schedule, BloodLust! is not currently soliciting demos for future releases and cannot guarantee the timely audition of any music sent to the label for consideration. Thank you for your understanding.

BloodShop! distro policy: This webstore is not functioning as a distro and I am not actively seeking releases to stock. I only plan to carry a carefully selected group of non-BloodLust! titles that either feature my own recordings, are connected to one of my bandmates, or are a release by one of the main artists in the BloodLust! family.

Any other questions can be addressed via the contact form link.
